…just injured. My skiing/snowboarding trip went really well, except I hurt my back quite bad. But I’m feeling a lot better now and already planning a run on Saturday. And I really do want to snowboard again!

Oh dear…the current overated
teenfanvomitinggarbagebook.Lol I don’t care what anyone says, I love the book series (hated Twilight), and I think about that almost every time I wanna stop running.
loveeeee these books:)

Running was mankind’s first fine art, our original act of inspired creation. Way before we were scratching pictures on caves or beating rhythms on hollow trees, we were perfecting the art of combining our breath and mind and muscles into fluid self-propulsion over wild terrain.
Had a really lousy run today. My right shin hurt so much + my right calf started cramping. I have no idea what to do: I rest, it doesn’t heal, I keep running, it doesn’t heal. Probably doing nothing and just relaxing for the next three days. Because I’m going on a short skiing holiday on Thursday and I don’t want to have any injuries.
